Catherine,
I'll try to answer a couple of those questions (Catalina has been
busy lately and hasn't had the opportunity to answer yet).

1. Merchanting is available. But they need to contact Catalina. No
one has contacted her yet.

2. There are long tables in the little hall as I remember (though I
can't remember exactly how many (at least more than five or six
though). Dinner is supposed to be a picnic-style potluck so there
will be a need for a table or two for serving depending on how many
potluck dishes there will be. But there are picnic tables for seating
while eating. But you should have a couple of tables at your disposal.

3. The A&S performance entries - I will suggest that they could be
done after the fighting and before dinner? The fighting scenario at
least for rapier is going to be a meet and greet and isn't expected to
last into the late afternoon or anything. But it's really up to
whenever you want to do it.

As for Saturday morning...I'm just guessing here (Catalina will need
to confirm) but troll would reopen at around 0930 with armor
inspections and authorizations beginning at 1100 or so and run till
noon. And then the tourneys will start shortly after authorizations.

4. Anyone reading this please remember...
LAID BACK IS THE UNDERLYING THEME OF THIS EVENT. The concept for this
event grew out of it being a little bit more than a Pennsic Pity Party
bar-b-que. So it's going to be a laid back affair. No need for pomp
and circumstance and a great deal of pageantry (thought a little
pageantry is still good).

5. *****VERY IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT FOR FRIDAY*****

We were notified that the girl scouts are conducting a day camp and
Friday is the last day. It turns out that we can not get on site
until after the girl scouts have all been picked up by their parents.
That may be as late as 4:00pm. Right now we plan to have
everything together and be ready to offload and setup as soon as the
last child leaves. PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE ON FRIDAY
AFTERNOON. We have to play this one by ear.

I hope this answers your questions.
