[MR] Crown Bid and KASF event Bids

Good Afternoon Atlantia,

As of this morning the bid we had for Fall Crown Tourney has fallen through.
The Barony of Ponte Alto has lost their site and so, we need new bids for
Crown. The date is October 31 - November 2. I will therefore be accepting
bids with a deadline of August 20th (because of Pennsic). If I receive a
viable bid and we can finalize it before Pennsic we will.

In addition the deadline for Kingdom Arts and Sciences is Aug 1 - also
during Pennsic. Right now I have no bids for KASF and so I will extend that
deadline to Aug 20th as well with the same caveat, if I receive a viable bid
and we can finalize it before Pennsic we will.
