[MR] Atlantian Youth Combat Tornament at Pennsic

We have the date and time for the Atlantian YC tournament at Pennsic. The
tournament is co-sponsored by Atlantia and Aethelmearc and is Tuesday,
August 5, at 3 pm. It will be a 5-man melee tournament. Each team can have
no more than 3 members of the same age. Teams will be formed the day of the
tourney or pre-existing teams can register for the tournament. The divisions
are Pennsic standard divisions 1, 2, and 3, are split based on age, 6-9,
10-13 and 14-17, and there is no cross division combat. The tournament will
take place on the Youth Combat list. This tournament is in the discipline we
refer to as “Youth Armored Combat” in Atlantia, not to be confused with
“Youth Rapier”

Please come out Tuesday and support this activity as either marshal, MIT,
MOL, combatant, spectator, etc. We are co-sponsoring this activity with
Aethelmearc, but will still need a lot of support to make this a success.
Please contact me off-list if you can assist in an official capacity
(Marshal, MOL) or a support capacity (water bearing, runner, logistics).
