i looked up the rules this morning and the easiest way is to ship it via
whatever carrier to the address her excellency lists below.  the individual
receiving the package will have to go to the merchants office to pick it up.

here is a thought. I am stying at a motel in slippery rock.  I have shipped
things there before via ups. you could ship the garb to me at the motel and
we could arrange for either someone to come to the motel lobby and pick it
up, or I can bring it to the site on saturday the 2nd, if the clothes arrive
by that time. or you might be able to get the merchantcrat, cindy cooper, at
pennsic to let you ship it to the merchant trailer, and you can pick it up
there.  the address on the pennsic website under merchants is:    'Your
merchant business name'
Cooper's Lake Campground
205 Currie Road
Slippery Rock, PA 16057. 
or get a merchant at pennsic to let you ship it there under their merchant
