Putting a different label on it doesn't make the accounting any easier.
We'd be asking them to keep a much larger amount of cash on hand and that
can be rather dangerous from a theft perspective as well as somewhat of an
accounting nightmare. While we have folks on hand to run Troll, usually; I
have seen years when they're practically begging for assistance. We'd be
asking for even more people to staff troll.
I'm a power shopper with the best of them; I know that at one point, they
had something other than the "flat rate" and it was done away with. Do we
have any idea why?
And let's not forget that Cooper's Lake is private land. We are pretty much
at the whim of the Coopers. They're cool people and they work with us on
many things, but I also don't think we can "push he envelope" but so much.
