[MR] Pennsic suggestion

I believe the site is open for free on the second Saturday after noon- a lot of the locals come through. Might want to check with Cooper's on that policy though.
Hard part would be the race around as most merchants have started packing/loading. But you also run into great deals as some would rather discount than drag stock back home.
