[MR] Rapier format for Tournament of the Yellow Ribbon

For those who are thinking about attending the Tournament of the Yellow
Ribbon on August 01-03, 2008 in the Barony of Marinus the rapier format is a
meet and greet. Play with who you want as long as you want or as many as you
want. After this Thursday night I'll have more details for those who want to
know.
