Tamarack (The BEST of West Virginia) is a cool place, but it is not a factory outlet for fabric or anything else. It's a huge arts and crafts gallery, with artist/craftsperson demos, operating studios and workshops, a conference center, theater for live music, drama and films, and a food court with everything from hamburgers to grilled trout.  We always stop there on the way to Pennsic.
