You know you're in the SCA when...
1. you custom order the extended bed for your F150 so it can hold your 9' polearm and all your gear for a war. (real story. Wilhelm did it when he was stationed in England)
2. Your parents like your persona name better than the one they gave you.
3. Your camping furniture is better than your home furnishings.
4. you have a polearm in your closet, several swords by your bed, and sticks of rattan in almost every corner.
5. you have seperate toolboxes for your archey/fletching, armor/weapon repair, woodworking, and household. And they are all complete. 
6. You have a placement for 4 for home use and a placement for 50 when you camp with your household.

1. When all your Holiday shopping is done by the end of War Week.
2. When you tell the car dealership you'll only buy the vehicle if your harp will fit in it(true story - my teacher!).
