[MR] Spear authorization for Pennsic before July 12th..Southern Atlantia

The full quote is from a letter by Lisette the KMoL:
"In order to have the appropriate time before Pennsic to process
authorizations and return cards by mail, all renewals and authorizations
must be postmarked no later than July 12th. Any that I receive after that
may not be completed in time. Should anyone need me during Pennsic, I will
be camping on the Highlands with Hotel de Byram, across from Mooselodge
(From the 'ghetti, go across the battle field, up the hill and out the road
until you've reached the end of the camps. Our camp will be on the left,
look for the Black & Gold checky banners - and it's really not that far)."

Lisette has also indicated that she is willing to write cards for any
paperwork that she receives prior to land grab weekend, but that the cards
will need to be picked up from her at her encampment.  You will have to
either arrange a time to meet her there, or make the trek up and see if you
can catch her there.

Once we have Lisette back on line (should be tonight), I am sure she will
correct me if I have misrepresented the information.  (I'm going on a
conversation we had very late yesterday while I was trouble shooting her
computer).
