[MR] Spear authorization for Pennsic before July 12th..SouthernAtlantia

Approval has been received from the Atlantian Earl Marshal for Heavy Combat 
for authorizations to be held at the Knightwood demo July 12th in Ashboro 
NC, and at a fighter practice to be held at my home in Salisbury NC on the 
19th of July.

Info on the demo:
On July 12th, there will be a demo taking place at the Knightswood Manor Bed
and Breakfast <http://www.knightswoodmanor.com/index.html> in
Asheboro/Seagrove, NC, which will correspond with their grand opening. We
would like to invite everyone who can, to come out and help with this. The
owners want fighting (Heavy, Rapier) and they want an Archery Shoot as well.
They are also looking for displays, maybe small classes and have extended an
invitation to merchants as well. Their site has 10 clear acres of land to
use (besides the Inn itself), so there should be plenty of room for us to do
our thing. The owners will be advertising leading up to this event. So
please if you have the time, come and lend a hand.

We have a fighter who would like to become authorized in spear for Pennsic. 
Lord Vladimir has been working on this project and ready to authorize - only 
to learn:

Therefore i submit to you a request for advice on how Vlad might be able to 
get authorized spear THIS coming weekend without driving all the way from 
Asheville to Storvic for the tourney? He was informed by Lord Jonathon that 
an official practice would work if the appropriate Marshalls are present, 
however Windmaster Hill's, official practice is on the 13th (i think..) and 
too late to submit the authorization in time, is my impression...

Does anyone know of an official practice closer to Asheville, NC this coming 
weekend , so that we may request the appropriate Marshalls to attend for his 
spear authorization?

any advice on this matter would be highly appreciated, and i will forward to 
Vlad.
