described may be *closer* to Association football than to Rugby football 
and its variants, but it is almost certainly not Association football. 
Among other things, it appears that "hand-balls" are not strictly 
forbidden. Throwing the ball is Right Out, but swatting it with one's hand 
appears to be allowed.
