Plumbum is the metal. When using a translation engine, always do a 
back translation, although in this instance it would not have helped. 
(Plumbum is the origin of the word plumber-one who works with lead [pipes])

The .sig is a machine translation, but I fiddled with it a long time. 
I'm still not sure it's perfect.
