[MR] Spear authorization for Pennsic before July 12th..Southern Atlantia

The Barony of Black Diamond is having a fighter practice on Thursday,
July 10th in Roanoke where we are planning on conducting
authorizations. We have already contacted The Kingdom MOL and Earl
Marshal, and will have appropriate marshals and MOL's there to take
care of it. Brother Amos is coming down from Caer Mear, Sir William
and Sir Roussel should also be there, along with the rest of the Black
Diamond host. Practice is held at Wasena Park in Roanoke.

Directions to Wasena park:
Make your best way to Exit 143 on I-81 (the 581 Spur)
Take Exit 6	
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Downtown and merge onto VA-24 W	
Slight right at US-221	
Turn right at Winona Ave SW	
Turn right at Main St SW	(this is an immediate turn, less than 75 feet)
Turn left at Winchester Ave SW	
Turn right at Wiley Dr SW	

Practice should start around 6. If we can get an out of area rapier
marshal, we can do those authorizations as well.
