[MR] Pennsic travels - Updates on I-70 construction?

On Fridays, it's best to avoid 70 Westbound any time after 3pm if at
all possible (Pennsic or no).  Traffic backs up well past Hagerstown,
and truth be told I'm not sure how far west the backup actually
starts.  (I live in the Hagerstown area.)
