[MR] Pennsic travels - Updates on I-70 construction?

I'm going to bypass 70 altogether, until after it hits the Turnpike at
Breezewood.  Alexandre, if you're anywhere south of the Potomac I'd
suggest going to Winchester, then taking 522 North to Hancock.  I
don't know if 70 is OK up until Hancock, since I'm not going that way.
>From Hancock, I'm taking 68 west to Cumberland, then US220 up to
Bedford and snagging the Turnpike there. Alternatively, I may go to
Grantsville, MD and take some variation on the theme of US219 to
Somerset. Bit shorter on the back-roads, albeit more picturesque. Of
course, the further west one goes, the more one saves on tolls.
