here is a thought. I am stying at a motel in slippery rock.  I have shipped things there before via ups. you could ship the garb to me at the motel and we could arrange for either someone to come to the motel lobby and pick it up, or I can bring it to the site on saturday the 2nd, if the clothes arrive by that time. or you might be able to get the merchantcrat, cindy cooper, at pennsic to let you ship it to the merchant trailer, and you can pick it up there.  the address on the pennsic website under merchants is:    'Your merchant business name'

or get a merchant at pennsic to let you ship it there under their merchant name.
