[MR] Pennsic suggestion

If I remember correctly...the battlefields are actually off site. I remember 
having to do a song and a dance one year coming back from a Chivalry vigil 
(In the rain of course) that was on the battlefield. The boys in blue wanted 
to see my medalion to get back on site, I had to promise to come back and 
show them my medalion (in the rain). So if the battlefields are actually off 
site..I don't see a reason why the border of the site could not be moved to 
the other side of the merchant area and food court.
