Many years ago, whilst waiting for a Crown Tourney to get started, I was
reclining with my head in the lap of Mistress Fuiltigherne (with whom I was
well and truly smitten) and my feet in the lap of Mistress Rosamonde (for
whom I would be fighting that day).

My knight walked by and was greatly offended by this (though truth to tell I
still maintain he was jealous!), and asked in a loud voice what I thought I
was doing?

"Resting on my Laurels, John."
