[MR] Armor and Authorizations

Anyone who would like to authorize for Pennsic and thinks that a lack 
of armor is keeping you back. Please do not let this be the reason, 
someone in the Kingdom can help you get your stuff together or loan you 
something so you can at least authorize. You can always play catch up 
and some way can be found to get you everything you need to be on the 
field and having fun (and helping both Crown and Kingdom).
