[MR] Reminders for heralds and submitters...

Heralds specificially:  4th Quarter Reports due by January 31st.  The online
reporting system (which makes it super easy and groovy) can be found here:

Please, please, please, review the Guide to Successful Submissions
(http://herald.atlantia.sca.org/forms/Guide_to_Successful_Submissions.pdf)
to make sure your forms meet the requirements set out by Laurel.  If you are
using older versions of the forms, throw them out!  If the forms you
inherited from the previous herald don't meet the size requirements outlined
on the face of the form, throw them out!

 

We get forms every month that we cannot process, because they are older
versions or the wrong sizing and therefore, automatically will be rejected
by Laurel.  Mistress Alisoun spends a lot of time redrawing and transferring
designs on to proper forms.  So, please check these items before you submit
heraldry for registration.

 

And don't forget to send the check!!!!
