That's a given.
Anytime I use brandy, it's always Remy Martin VSOP, and that's usually when
I'm cooking or baking up a clafouti.
I use Smirnoff Triple Distilled because I like the taste. It's a personal
preference. I'm not a brandy drinker, myself. I do love a good rum
though.}:P
