I know some people have difficulty following a thread, but when we're 
beating a really sickly pony could we trim the quotes to under, say, 2 
levels of what we have already read instead of quoting back and forth 
without interspersing or actually using the quotes to assist in making 
our points?  This digest was easily 75% material that had already been 
quoted, and quoted again, and quoted again, and quoted again.
