[MR] Ice Castles feast, event and weather update

Greetings to the list,
  If you are attending Ice Castles and want to eat feast, the feast is growing closer to selling out as expected. If you haven`t sent in your reservation and haven`t contacted me about it through email (luther_josephus at yahoo.com) please email me and get your check in the mail asap. I will also be at the VA tech practice Sunday for those attending the practice and want to reserve there. 
  The event looks to be well attended and feast will of course be spectacular as anticipated, so if you are undecided about attending consider coming and enjoying both a good time and wonderful feast prepared by HRM Logan.
  The weather report for Bland is friday partly cloudy high 39 and saturday partly cloudy with a high of 36. They are calling for rain and in the 40`s through the week leading up to that so there is little threat of any snow/ice. We will make the determination of outdoor fighting saturday morning. 
  There will also be a town hall meeting during the day at Ice Castles, time TBD with TRMs and TRHs.
  Again, there is a reserved rate at the Hampton Inn at Ft. Chiswell, when you call say you are with the SCA group and they will give you a discounted rate. There are also hotels closer in Wytheville that have cheaper rates depending on your preference in hotels.
