  Greetings Friends, 
   
  Once again, I will be hosting my Brew Tasting at the 
  Winter Tidings event on February 23. This was a wonderful 
  success last year. We enjoyed good company and fine beverages.
  Now last year I pulled every drop of potent potable I had made out of my cupboard, 
  and shared with the populace between  Winter Tidings and Pennsic.  I am practically
  starting from scratch again, and here's where YOU come in. Come join us at Winter 
  Tidings, join us for the tasting...BUT to taste you have to bring a homemade beverage.
  Beers, ales, wines, meads, cordials, liqueurs, sekanjabin, non-alcoholic...many possibilities.Documentation would be the coolest, but all I really require is an ingredients list to protect the allergic. You don't have to have made it yourself, but  seeing people enjoy what you have made is just the best, kind of like serving up a great meal...and if you can cook, nay, if you can make a pot of mac and cheese...YOU CAN BREW! Cordials and liqueurs are EASY, and I have recipes...email me.
