Exit 24 (Branch Avenue) of the Beltway will be closed in both directions.  As per the WaPo:

What's Closed: Branch Avenue between Auth Road and Manchester
Drive. The right lane along the Beltway's outer loop also will be
blocked for a quarter-mile north of Branch Avenue. And the ramp from
northbound Interstate 95/495 to northbound Branch Avenue will be
closed. There will be no direct access from southbound I-95 to
southbound Branch Avenue.
