[MR] Lampworking and Annealing

Is there by chance anyone here in the tavern who could answer a few
questions about annealing lampworked beads with a kiln?

We have a new kiln, and I think we annealed some beands, but I'm a little
dubious about how it's supposed to work.  I found several websites and the
like and we followed those instructions and information, but I'd sorta like
to check out the info I found with someone reliable to make sure we're not
doing something wrong or that we're not doing it right so it doesn't work.
