The second issue of the Oak for the year 2007 is now online!

It's slightly later than I wnted but multiple personal surprises happened all at once.  It seems the Oak works best as a bi-annual publication at this time so my goal next year is 2 issues with a possibility of a third even though I'm only legally required to publish one per year.  How can we get more issues?  Submit more articles!  If you have any questions please feel free to write me privately!
