[MR] Backlog database helpful hint

Greetings Atlantia,

A hint for checking the backlog database.
If we do not know whether you have a scroll or not it may be listed under 
"Unknown" (ORANGE flag).
Clicking on the orange flag will take you to a new page that will have three 
sets of alphabets in the middle of it. The top is known status awards.  The 
SECOND alphabet is the UNKNOWN one. Then click on your first initial and see 
if you are listed there.
Then please send me an email stating -a) i have x number of scrolls on the 
unknown and do not have them, b) I have x scrolls on the unknown and have 
them, c) etc.

The only way to get a scroll off the "unknown status is for someone to tell 
me that they do  or do not have a scroll.
