[MR] Scrolls

Greetings to Atlantia



We all get excited when one of our friends gets an award. Some will want to 
do a scroll or commission one to surprise them on that special day. I agree 
and applaud this effort. However, PLEASE let the Clerk Signet office know 
when you are doing this. We have had several duplicates recently. It is a 
shame that time, materials, and beautiful scrolls are wasted. We can redo 
some and other we cannot. Please keep this in mind and remember to contact 
this office when you are creating or commissioning a scroll. If there is a 
need for secrecy, please send me a note as simple as  " The scroll for the X 
award to be given at Y event is being done" or " Joe Bob's scroll is being 
done"
