[MR] Comcast

[Web Minister, Kingdom of Atlantia]

All email traffic from atlantia.sca.org (including all mailing lists
hosted here, all *.atlantia.sca.org email aliases, and any web sites
hosted on the server that send email) are currently being blocked by
Comcast, and all messages to Comcast users are sitting in the outgoing
message queue complaining that Comcast servers won't talk to them.  I
know that our Kingdom MoL, the Baron and Baroness of Lochmere, and the
Baron of Stierbach are among the folks affected by this, as they have
comcast.net accounts subscribed to the lists and used by aliases,
along with a host of other folks. (Those were just email addresses I
saw in the logs that I immediately identified.)

Over the last week, I have been following the unblock procedures
provided by Comcast to get the server removed from the block list.
Unfortunately, it hasn't worked yet.  :(  Individual Comcast users, DO
NOT contact Comcast to try to fix this.  It is not an issue with your
account, but a server-to-server issue.  So far the folks I know of who
have contacted Comcast have just been given incorrect information
because the real issue has not been properly understood by all
parties.

Of course, this message will not reach any of the people it needs to,
because it will be blocked by Comcast from all the Comcast users,
which is why I haven't sent anything out to the list earlier.  :(

The issue is actively being worked, so please be patient.
