oooo - If you would please send me a copy. One of the things I promised
myself to do this year was get off my ass and once again do a little
brewing. Some simply delicious cordial recipes my just be the thing to
jump-start my brewing.

As promised, I have collected some simple and delicious cordial and
liqueur recipes for you to try. I have made all of them at some point.
They are not "period" recipes; I have posted them for anyone to try and
hopefully
share. Most of these are from the website www.allrecipes.com , one of my
favorite
cooking sites on the Web. The last one is from Lady Reyne Telarius' handout
from
the Cordials class she taught at Fall University.
Another good resource is Cindy Renfrow's A Sip Through Time
