Greetings unto the Tavern!
 
Looks like my original post went the way of the dodo bird... so let's try
this again.
 
Here is the 12th Night Schedule as I currently have it.  Please do not

9:00am : Site Opens / Hospiality Suite open
 
9:30am : Registration for A&S competitions 
              Seneschal/ Exchequer Meet up
 
10:00am: Morning Court
 
10:30am - 12:30pm - Outdoor Children's Activity
 
11;00am - Royal Bard Competition begins
                Town Hall Meeting
                 Lunch Available in Onsite Restaurant
 
1:00pm - Kubb "tourney" for adults - If you're wondering what Kubb is, it's
a Swedish/Viking yard game similar to horseshoes or bocce (and a lot of
fun!)
              Arts and Sciences Registration closes
 
2:00pm - Live Auction in support of Kingdom Travel Fund
              Best Heraldic Garb Competition
              Indoor Children's Activities begin (ends at 5pm)
              Site Restaurant stops serving lunch
 
4:00pm  Court
             Onsite Restaurant begins serving Dinner
 
5pm - (or immediately after court) Masqued Ball
 
6pm - Cash bar opens
 
7:00pm - Onsite Restaurant closes for evening
 
7:30pm - Evening Court 
 
8:30 - (or immediately after court) Hafla/Middle Eastern Dance performance
and classes
 
Midnite: Site closes.
