Hello everyone!  I'm looking for someone who owns a copy of The Good
Housewife's Jewel (Dawson, with an intro by Maggie Black) -
specifically, I am trying to get a copy of a short passage on puff
pastry so I can check it before citing an excerpt.

The prescient Lady Avelyn ordered me a copy as a gift several months
ago, but the bookseller is out of stock and has not yet shipped my
copy.  In the meantime, I am trying to complete some documentation and
I want to be sure that what I document is correct.  I prefer to see a
physical excerpt & citation than to trust a secondhand excerpt
reprinted online.

So - if you have a copy and can help, please let me know!  I really
