[MR] Ymir - reminder on minor forms

Hi All,

just a reminder: if you are bringing a minor to Ymir and you are NOT
the minor's parent or legal guardian, you need to bring a minor waiver
signed by the parent or legal guardian.  You can find this form online
at http://sca.org/docs/chldwaiv.pdf (note that minors with a signed
blue card do not need this waiver).

Similarly, you must bring a signed and NOTARIZED minor medical
authorization form, available at
http://sca.org/docs/treatminor-notary.pdf.  This must be an original
form - photocopies are not valid.  If you are bringing a minor and
you're not the parent/guardian, you MUST have these forms!

(If you are bringing a minor and you are the parent or legal guardian,
the only form needed is the minor waiver, and we will have blanks at
gate, so you don't need to pre-sign anything.)
