If I may be so bold as to clarify her Majesty's wishes ... (and may I be
duly repreminded if I do so incorrectly ...)

(Having just had email discussions on this topic with her)

Given that the judging of the Royal Brewer Competition is expected to
take up to 6 hours, given the expected number of entries, and each one
of them being given due consideration ...

I do not believe that her Majesty will be in attendance the entire time,
nor expects the previous Royal Brewers to be in attendance the entire
time either (lest they are offering their services as judge)

Instead, it is her wish that All the past Royal Brewers, plus all the
competitors, meet at the brewing competition table at 1pm (The time when
judging will begin) ...

So that the competitors may be embolded by the words of her Majesty, as
well as those of the past Royal Brewers ...

After this, judging will begin.  Competitors, as always, are encouraged
(but not at all required), to sit down during the judging so that open
communication about their beverages may be had, and knowledge may be
transferred not only from judge to competitor, but also from competitor
to judge.
