[MR] Second Call for classes

Greetings from the Chancellor of University of Atlantia!

The deadline for class and track proposals is nearly here!  I know we are all caught up in the preparations for the holidays, but please do consider teaching a class at the upcoming session of University.  

Just as a reminder, the next session will be held in the Barony of Caer Mear at Henrico High School in Richmond, VA on February 7 2009..

I am now accepting track proposals and individual class proposals until December 27th.

If you are interested in teaching a class or organizing a track of classes, please notify the Chancellor at university at atlantia.sca.org or mail the class/track details to the Chancellor.

Please include the following information:
- Instructor name (SCA and modern)
- Class title
- Fees (if any)
- max number of students (if any)
- duration of class
- synopsis of class
- any special equipment or requirements for the class. This includes equipment the instructor would need from the site. E.g.: overhead projector, slide projector, etc.

Please also be advised that no edged weapons, no food preparation, no alcohol, and no smoking are permitted anywhere on school grounds.
