Greetings unto those interested in Siege,

Since Pennsic word of about 10 different siege engines under construction
have filtered past my ears.  If even half of these make it to the battles of
Pennsic next year we will be able to give our kingdom unparalleled artillery
support.  To that end I will make my shop available to any with interest in
building a Ballista/Arbalest, I can help you to build a completed Docmo
Arbalest is a single Saturday.  For those with access to a wood shop but not
able to make the metal bits, I can help there as well.   I've put togeather
a page of bits not easilly made in the home wood shop, these as well as the
plans I'm working from are available at www.redfoxden.org/ballistabits .
For those with the interest there is no good reason not to field and engine.

Atlantia has shown what can be done with a few well trained Archers, lets do
the same with siege so that our Knights and Dukes no longer get shot by
engines belonging to our own allies!

And for those who wish to contribute to the victories, those 10 engines will
need a total crew of 25, so your help is definately needed!
