Given that the number of the Pennsic and the official dates for Troll 
being open have both been updates, I suspect that they simply forgot to 
change the year to 2009.

That being said, the posted fees are subject to change... although 
pre-registration starts on 1 January (that's FIFTEEN (15) days from now!), 
and the fees are not likely to change after pre-reg starts.
