Would "shrub glasses" (commonly available and relatively affordable at Colonial Williamsburg) be appropriate, or are they too late?

Oh- the Potomac Mills (Woodbridge) IKEA is the southernmost one in Atlantia.  My husband wanted some of the IKEA freestanding kitchen cabinets.  Our poor little Corolla looked like it had been attacked by Shelob after we lashed that big heavy box to the roof securely enough to withstand 2 hours on I-95...
