[MR] _WINNERS_ of the Fall Crown 2008 Roll of Arms Competition!

This year, we have a rather unusual situation.  I received two entries, one
a great Viking saga, and the other a beautiful pictorial account.  The two
seemed so appropriate in tandem, that I have decided to declare the
competition a TIE!  BOTH entries win, and BOTH will be placed in the
official Roll of Arms book.  

 

So the winners of the Fall Crown 2008 Roll of Arms competition are Lady Brig
and Count Sinclair!  Count Sinclair will be sharing his experiences with the
kingdom in creating his poetic entry shortly, which he drafted from his
On-The-Spot reporting.  He'll also give you the translation for the runes in
which the scroll is written.

One final note, as Count Sinclair's entry was, by necessity, too large for
the official book, he is going to provide me with a good color print in the
appropriate size to go in the book, and the original of his entry will be
presented to TRH's Logan and Esa.
