Unto Their Royal Majesties, Sinclair and Kari, King and Queen of Atlantia,
does Mistress Rhiannon ui Neill, Triton Principal Herald, send greetings and
well wishes!

 

Gracious Sovereigns,

 

It was my honor and privilege to herald the main Atlantian court for You at
Pennsic, on Wednesday, August 6th.  Here is the business conducted therein:

 

Your Majesties graciously allowed me to conduct heraldic business within
Your court, promoting Mistress Alisoun MacCoul of Elphane to the highest,
and most rare, rank of Herald Extraordinary.  Mistress Alisoun is the first
Atlantian herald to hold this rank of office.

 

The King and Queen of Ansteorra were invited into Your court, wherein, the
Queen bestowed upon Connor Livingston, the award of Queen's Rapier of
Ansteorra.

 

The children of Atlantia came before You to receive gifts.

 

Baron Llewellyn and Baroness Isabel of Highland Foorde did bring forth a
tax-avoiding knave, who rectified the delinquency of his accounts to
Atlantia.

 

Graham MacRobert was inducted into the Order of the Silver Osprey.

 

Baron Marc of Sacred Stone petitioned Your Majesties to address the wrongs
he claims were perpetrated against his barony by Baron Roussel of Black
Diamond.  No accord was reached, therefore, His Majesty instructed them to
work it out between themselves, the second weekend of October at Elchenburg
Castle.

 

Philip Hartrat was awarded arms.

 

Edward Igorsson was awarded a Sea Tyger.

 

Griffin Wharvager was inducted into the Order of the Silver Osprey with an
Award of Arms.

 

Isabella Mercaterina d'Angelo was inducted into the Order of the Coral
Branch.

 

Edward of Flaming Bolt was inducted into the Order of the Kraken.

 

The Dean of the Pages Academy came into court to conduct the graduation of
Amanda Rebellinus from the Pages Academy.  Upon her graduation, Your
Majesties saw fit to award Amanda arms.

 

Ardwhin Minstrelsong was awarded arms.

 

Debra Aurifax was inducted into the Order of the Golden Dolphin.

 

Eleanor of Highland Foorde was awarded arms.

 

Armand of Caer Mear was inducted into the Order of the Sea Dragon.

 

Griffith Jenner was made a Baron of the Court and granted arms.

 

Jacques Ezra was awarded arms.

 

Greylond Crow was inducted into the Order of the White Scarf.

 

Stephan Bridewell received the Queen's Award of Courtesy.

 

Elizabeth Harlyn was awarded a Fountain.

 

Gaelen MacCuinneagain received Supporters, the form thereof to be of his own
choosing.

 

Adrianna la Bretonne was inducted into the Order of the Coral Branch.

 

Maymunah bint Da'ud al Siquilliyah was inducted into the Order of the
Laurel.

 

Catherine Grace Fitzlewis was placed upon vigil.
