While in the far away lands of AEthelmearc at the recent troubles of Pennsic I had the great honor of meeting the Baron and Baroness of Black Diamond, the Baron of Windmasters Hill, Their Majesties Atlantia and Their Heirs as well as spending time with my own Baron and Baroness Sacred Stone.

In the Market place, on the battlefield, around camp fires, on the roads, the words among friends and foes rang loudly, flowed softly but always constantly.

Will I see you in October? Will you be upon the fields at the Castle? Bring your songs to the fires and raise your voice with us.

Encampments receive their land allotments based on the number of people who pre-register to that encampment.

Points will be awarded not only for battles won but for the number of people attending who declare for one side or the other, for the GLORY of their heraldic display in the Procession of Declaration.
