[MR] Teens and youth

Thank you for the thread about teens and youth. I am planning on taking the MoM position in my canton and have found the entire discussion very helpful. In the past I have noticed that in some cases, the Merry Rose list is treated as a chance to squabble between people or regions. This time, however, we have taken what I think is a very important topic and expanded on it to provide much insight and help. I apprecate the suggestions and discussion on this topic and if anyone has any other ideas, please feel free to contact me.
