[MR] Youth Rapier at Chalice of the Sun God V

Greetings again from your Friendly Neighborhood Autocrat!

Just a quick note to let you know that there will be Youth Rapier combat at Chalice of the Sun God.  

What does this mean in the general order of things?  It means that there will be a Chalice Youth Rapier Champion.  It also means that those folk that are looking for a team can pick a youth rapier fighter as a member of your team.  The youth rapier will count the same as a regular rapier fighter, except that they will be fighting with other youths and not in the adult rapier tournament.
