[MR] From the Socitey CAM - Revision to the "Pennsic Rule"

It has been pointed out that the 'Pennsic Ruling' created a couple of impossible situations.   Specifically the ruling that there would be at max 1" deep padding on the front of a blunt.

This meant that Fellwalkers, which have a 1" minimum, now had to be EXACTLY 1".   It also meant that someone trying to make dual-purpose ammo for Rapier Use, which has a 1" minimum, would again have to be EXACTLY 1".

After discussions with the Kingdom CA Marshals, and the Society Earl Marshal, it has been decided to relax the maximum to 1.25" instead.   This allows a 1/4" allowance during construction & through the life of the foam as it compresses during use.

Please pass this on as possible.   The official version of the complete ruling, to be placed on the sca.org website soon, will have this revision already added.
