Estrella War has, what has always appeared to me, a very successful teen center.  The lady who runs the teen center is Lady Elizabeth ingen Iames.  She also happens to be the Kingdom Youth Minister (I live in Atenveldt now, so I have some inside info *g*).  If anyone had questions, I know that she would be happy so share her ideas. She is a very nice lady and has raised two teenagers of her own, so she's very familiar with having to find things for them to do.

Perhaps if one looks at what communities provide teens in the mundane world, there lies a solution for ours; a teen center where they have the option of both hanging out with fellow teens and participating in age related activities.  Sort of a Teen Tavern.  Still under the watchful eye of responsible adults, but giving them some breathing room as well.   Atlantia has a special children's fete, why not a ball, cotillion, masquerade for the teens to look forward to to make them feel special.  This age group often feels overlooked.
