I agree we are deviating from the intent of this discussion. Pointing fingers calling people names. The idea is to make the hobby interesting for kids so we have some retension of future members as well as retaining people that have kids in the hobby by making it interesting. Face it if it is borring why be part of it and if the kids hate going, sooner or later the parents are going to stop playing and?if no one to plays we have no hobby. My oldest no longer?plays?because she finds it borring.

WOW this went from energetic discussion to pointing a finger at the speed of
sound! This isnt a parenting or lack of parenting issue.
Now I dont usually agree with Logan but....err sorry habit...(grins)
I have never been one to promote parents not being responsible for their
children. I stopped doing kids activities because I felt like a baby sitter.
The discussion I am trying to promote it to find a way to include kids (of all
ages) in the society as a whole. We dont need a place to drop them off at
events, we need a reason for them to want to attend!!!
