Archery is readily available at almost every event that has archery in this
area. There are alot of teenagers shooting archery and I even saw one that
was on our Champions team that was only 15 and a Grandmaster!
At pennsic they had plenty of activities for kids and if parents really
wanted to get them involved, they could have. The fact is some of those kids
in the Bathhouse just wanted to hang out there. No amount of haranging would
change their minds.
Heck I know at my first Pennsic I got tired of walking around and went in
there to play the arcade machines for a few hours. Back when there was
arcade machines there.
I personally don't see the problem with kids hanging out at the Bathhouse,
as long as they can behave in a civilized manner and limit their activities
and noise levels.
Some of those other suggestions about putting them to work etc, sounds too
much like child labor to me. Heck why don't we just give em to the Tuchuks
and have em chained up in the ale houses?
