AFAIK, it's not possible.  It utilises two shades of green.  If you want to
have fun though it's basically:
argent, a mullet of 18 points argent on a mullet of 18 points or on a mullet
of 18 points [light] vert on a mullet of 18 points vert, in sinister chief a
'b' and 'p' vert

Whether you can indicate that the points reach the indentations of the next
mullet, I'm not sure.
